Mushrooms Sauteed In Bacon Drippings

Ingredients
  Mushrooms 2 Pound
  Bacon drippings 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry white wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Lime juice 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all ingredients including mushrooms in a big skillet or frying pan.
Saute on medium heat until mushrooms are tender.
