Bananas Wrapped In Bacon
|Castor sugar||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||1 Ounce (For Frying)|
1) Peel the bananas and slice them in half.
2) Sprinkle the slices with lemon juice and roll them in castor sugar to lightly coat.
3) Wrap each prepared banana slice in trimmed bacon rashers. Use a wooden cocktail stick to secure.
4) Heat butter over medium heat and fry the wraps till the bacon is crisp and the banana slices have thoroughly heated and are soft.
5) Serve immediately.
