Fried Apples And Bacon

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Bacon slices 8
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Tart apples 1 Pound, peeled, cored and sliced (450 Grams)
Directions

Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the bacon and fry until crisp.
Remove the bacon from the pan, put it into a warm serving dish and keep hot.
Add the sugar to the pan and stir well.
Add the apple slices and cook for about 5 minutes or until they are very soft and well caramelized.
Transfer the apples to the serving dish and serve at once.
