Bacon rolls are really simple to cook, as this short video shows. They add a simple but tasty additional to any dinner plate.

  Bacon (streaky) rashers 10 Medium
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Preheat oven to 190 C / 374 F.
2. Place the bacon rasher on a board, cut away the excess fat.
3. Carefully roll the bacon, as shown in the video, to form a small round parcel. Store in the refrigerator until needed.

MAKING
4. Arrange the rolls in a baking tray and place in the preheated oven and cook for about 15 minutes.
