Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
  Sliced bacon 1⁄2 Pound
  Thin white bread slices 24
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Minced parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Paprika 1 Teaspoon
  Cayenne 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Cook bacon until crisp.
Drain well on absorbent paper and crumble.
Remove crusts from bread and spread with butter.
Down middle of each slice, put a line of crumbled bacon and sprinkle with cheese and parsley, then with paprika and a dash of cayenne.
Roll each slice up tightly and fasten with a toothpick.
Broil until brown.
Makes 24.
