Using a 5-6 quart pot, cook bacon in olive oil over medium heat until it begins to brown. Add onion and sauté for 5 minutes. Add garlic and Gusto™ pepper and sauté for 1 minute. Add Allegro™ tomatoes and cook for 8 minutes or until sauce begins to thicken.
Add clams and cover pot. Cook for another 6 minutes or until clams open. Discard any clams that are not open.
Add spinach and stir. Season with kosher salt and serve with crusty bread.
