Frankfurters with Cheese and Bacon
|Frankfurters||1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Grams, Thick And Short Ones)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Catsup||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Processed cheese slices||8 (Thick Ones)|
|Bacon strips||1⁄2 Pound (250 Gram)|
Place frankfurters in a pan, cover with water, bring to the boil and simmer 2-3 minutes, drain and cool.
Split frankfurters almost through, spread inside with mustard and ketchup, add cheese slices and close.
Wrap each frankfurter with a strip of bacon and fasten with a tooth pick.
Place on the grid over medium hot coals and cook for 12-15 minutes, turning often, until cheese starts to melt and bacon is crisp and golden.
