Bacon N Egg Lunch In A Skillet

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , diced
  Frozen southern style hash brown potatoes 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 6
  Water 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dill 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crisp.
Transfer to paper towels to drain.
Pour off all but 3 tablespoons drippings.
Add potatoes and onion.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes begin to brown, about 5 minutes.
Beat eggs with water, salt, and dill; stir in bacon.
Pour over potato mixture in skillet.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until eggs are cooked through but still moist.
