Bean and Bacon Bake
|Canned pork and beans in tomato sauce||32 Ounce (2 Cans, 16 Ounce Each)|
|Instant minced onion||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Orange slices||4 , unpeeled (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Canadian bacon slices||8 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Packed light brown sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
About 45 minutes before serving: Preheat oven to 350°F.
In large bowl, combine pork-and-beans with onion, chili powder, horseradish, mustard and Worcestershire; turn into 2 1/2-quart shallow casserole.
On top of bean mixture, arrange orange and Canadian-bacon slices; sprinkle with brown sugar.
Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
