Relish Stuffed Franks
|Sweet pickle relish||3 Tablespoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Wieners||1 Pound (10 Pieces)|
|Bacon slices||5 , cut in half crosswise|
|Hot dog buns||10|
Preheat grill for 10 minutes.
In small bowl, mix relish and mustard.
Slit wieners lengthwise, cutting to within 1/4 inch of bottom edge.
Spread about 1 teaspoon relish mixture in each slit.
Wrap one bacon half around middle of each wiener.
Secure with wooden picks.
Grill wieners at MEDIUM with hood closed until bacon is brown, 5 to 10 minutes, turning wieners over and rearranging once.
