Bacon & Cheese Breakfast Pizza
|Pastry||1 (For A Single-Crust 9-Inch Pie)|
|Sliced bacon||1⁄2 Pound, crisply cooked, drained, and crumbled|
|Shredded swiss cheese||8 Ounce (2 Cups)|
|Sour cream||1 1⁄3 Cup (21.33 tbs)|
|Chopped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
Preheat oven to 425°.
On a lightly floured board, roll out pastry to fit a 12-inch pizza pan.
Fit pastry into pan, pressing edges against pan sides and trimming even with top.
Bake crust on lowest rack in preheated oven for 5 minutes.
Gently press down any bubbles in crust; cool before filling.
Sprinkle bacon and cheese over crust.
In a medium-size bowl, lightly beat eggs; stir in sour cream and parsley until smooth; pour over pizza.
