Bacon Fried Carrots And Turnips

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 2 , cut up
  Carrots 3 Medium, cut into julienne strips
  Turnips 2 , cut into julienne strips
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In wok cook bacon over medium-high heat till crisp; remove bacon from wok, reserving drippings.
Drain bacon and set aside.
Stir-fry carrots, turnips, and onion in drippings about 5 minutes or till carrots are crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cover and cook over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes or till vegetables are done.
Top with reserved bacon and garnish with snipped parsley, if desired.
