Ingredients
  Diced red bell pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Diced onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Reduced-calorie margarine 2 Teaspoon (Tub)
  Frozen whole kernel corn 1 Cup (16 tbs), thawed
  Crisp bacon slice 1 , crumbled
  Half and half 1 Tablespoon (Blend Of Milk And Cream)
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

1. In 1-quart microwavable casserole combine bell pepper, onion, and margarine; microwave on High (100%) for 2 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
2. Add remaining ingredients except pepper and stir to combine; microwave on High for 4 minutes, stirring once halfway through cooking.
3. Add pepper and stir.
