|Canned pineapple chunks||8 Ounce (1 can)|
|Canned water chestnuts||1 Can (10 oz) (1 can)|
Drain pineapple and water chestnuts.
Cut each piece in half.
Cut bacon slices into thirds.
Wrap pineapple and water chestnut pieces with a piece of bacon.
Secure with a wooden toothpick or thread onto short bamboo skewers.
Place 6 to 8 kabobs on a paper or glass plate.
Cover with waxed paper.
Microwave at HIGH 2 minutes.
Dust lightly with curry powder and serve.
Microwave remaining kabobs following same directions.
