Bacon And Potato Savory

Ingredients
  Dripping 1 Ounce (25 Gram)
  Bacon scraps 4 Ounce, chopped (100 Gram)
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Potatoes 1 Pound, peeled and chopped (450 Gram)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Stock/Vegetable water 8 Fluid Ounce (250 Milliliter)
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon (For Garnish)
Directions

Melt the dripping in a saucepan and add the bacon and onion.
Fry until softened but not brown.
Add the potatoes and fry, stirring occasionally, until they take up all the fat.
Add salt, pepper and the stock or water and mix well.
Cover and cook gently until the vegetables are tender.
