Hot Bacon Appetizers
|Shredded cheese||3 Ounce (American / Cheddar, 3/4 Cup)|
|Caraway seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Melba toast rounds||30|
In 2-quart (12 x 7) baking dish, layer bacon between layers of paper towels.
Cook 8 minutes or until crisp.
Crumble bacon into small bowl.
Mix in cheese and caraway seed.
Arrange toast rounds on tray or plates.
Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cheese mixture, spreading to edges.
Cook uncovered, 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
