Hot Bacon Appetizers
|Bacon slices||1⁄2 Pound (About 12 Slices)|
|Shredded american cheese/Cheddar cheese||3 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
|Caraway seed||2 Teaspoon|
|Melba toast rounds||30|
In 2-quart (12x7) baking dish, layer bacon between layers of paper towels.
Cook 8 minutes or until crisp.
Crumble bacon into small bowl.
Mix in cheese and caraway seed.
Arrange toast rounds on tray or plates.
Top each with a heaping teaspoonful of cheese
