Bacon Egg Arugula Sandwiches

Ingredients
  Hard cooked eggs 6 Large (Large Egg)
  Light mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped pitted green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Honey mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Low calorie white bread slice 8 Ounce (8 Slices, 1 Ounce Each, Nature's Own)
  40% less fat bacon slices 4 , cooked and cut in half (Such As Gwaltney)
  Trimmed arugula/Spinach 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Slice eggs in half lengthwise, and remove yolks. Discard 4 yolks. Chop egg whites and remaining 2 yolks. Add mayonnaise, green olives, mustard, salt, and pepper to eggs. Stir gently.
2. Spread egg mixture over 4 bread slices; place 2 bacon slice halves and 1/4 cup arugula over egg mixture. Top each with 1 bread slice.
