Liver And Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
  Calfs liver 1⁄2 Pound
  Rashers streaky bacon 1⁄4 Pound
  Sage leaves 4
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Cut the liver into thumb sized pieces.
Flatten out the rashers of bacon and cut into halves.
Roll half a rasher of bacon round the liver with a sage leaf in between.
Secure with a cocktail stick or thread on to skewers.
