Braised Sea Bream With Cabbage, Spicy Bread And Crispy Bacon
|Whole sea bream||1200 Gram (4 Bream, 300 Gram Each)|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|White wine||To Taste|
|Spicy bread butter sauce|
|Spicy bread||400 Gram|
|Fresh cream||100 Gram|
Bone the sea bream.
Cut the cabbage into big julienne slices and saute with olive oil, butter, salt and pepper.
Add half the bacon and white wine.
Stuff the sauteed cabbage into the sea bream and cook in the oven with butter, white wine and shallots.
Make a butter sauce with the mashed spicy breadcrumbs and the cream.
Braise 2 small cabbages and the rest of the bacon with butter, wine, salt and pepper
