Sweet Sour Medley
|Onion||1 Medium, sliced|
|Chopped carrot||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen cut green bean||9 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Apple||1 , pared, cored, and sliced|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
In 10 x 6 x 1 1/2 inch baking dish, cook bacon, covered with paper toweling, at HIGH for 2 minutes or till crisp.
Drain bacon, reserving drippings in dish.
Crumble bacon and set aside.
Cook onion, carrot, beans, and reserved drippings, covered, at HIGH for 7 minutes or till nearly tender, stirring once.
Stir in apple, vinegar, sugar, and salt; mix well.
Cook, covered, at HIGH for 4 to 5 minutes or till tender, stirring once.
Sprinkle with bacon.
