Whole Grain Toast With Bacon
|Whole grain bread slice||8|
|Thin bacon slices||3 Ounce (8 Very Thin Slices)|
|Iceberg lettuce leaves||4|
|Remoulade sauce||2 Tablespoon (Commercial)|
Toast the bread.
Brown the bacon in an ungreased pan, then cut in half.
Wash and dry the tomatoes, cut out the stem end and slice.
Wash and pat the lettuce leaves dry and then quarter them.
Spread the Remoulade sauce on the bread.
Lay tomato slices on top and cut each sandwich diagonally.
On each triangle lay a bit of lettuce and a piece of bacon.
