Bacon Wrapped Water Chestnuts
|Bacon||1 Pound, cut in half|
|Whole chestnuts||2 Can (20 oz) (canned, drained and rinsed)|
|Sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Brown sugar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Ketchup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Wrap each chestnut in bacon and hold together with toothpick.
Place on 9 x 13-inch cake pan and bake at 375° for 30 minutes, then place in covered dish out of grease.
Mix sugar, brown sugar and ketchup together; heat in microwave until warm.
Pour over chestnuts in bacon and serve using toothpicks to hang on to them
