Potato Bacon Salad
|Green onions||2 , chopped|
|Shallot||1 , chopped|
|Potatoes||6 , cooked in jackets and still hot, peeled and cubed|
|Chopped parsley||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Crisp bacon slices||4 , chopped|
|Wine vinegar||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Olive oil||75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)|
|Dry white wine||45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
Place onions, shallot, potatoes and parsley in large bowl; toss and season.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients; toss gently but well.
Cool before serving.
