Potato Bacon Salad

Ingredients
  Green onions 2 , chopped
  Shallot 1 , chopped
  Potatoes 6 , cooked in jackets and still hot, peeled and cubed
  Chopped parsley 15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)
  Crisp bacon slices 4 , chopped
  Wine vinegar 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Olive oil 75 Milliliter (1/3 Cup)
  Dry white wine 45 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Place onions, shallot, potatoes and parsley in large bowl; toss and season.
Add bacon and remaining ingredients; toss gently but well.
Cool before serving.
