Hot Potato And Bacon Salad
|Cooked potatoes||4 Cup (64 tbs), cut in 1/2 inch cubes (4 Medium Sized Potatoes)|
|Bacon slices||16 , cooked and crumbled|
|Chopped green onions with tops||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Mayonnaise||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (4 Tablespoon)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (4 Tablespoon)|
|Sliced celery||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Finely chopped carrots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Mix together lightly the cubed potatoes, crumbled bacon, green onions, salt, and pepper.
Combine the mayonnaise, mustard, and horse-radish in a saucepan; heat, stirring constantly, until sauce bubbles; stir in the celery and carrots.
Pour the hot sauce over potato mixture and toss lightly.
Sprinkle paprika over top and serve immediately.
