Bacon Potato Treats

Ingredients
  Potatoes 5 , unpeeled, sliced 1/2 inch, 1.2 centimeter thick
  Onion 1 , grated and cooked
  Stuffed green olives 24 , chopped
  Chopped jalapeno 2 Milliliter (1/2 Teaspoon)
  Crisp bacon slices 6 , chopped
  Grated gruyere cheese 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Arrange slices of potato in rectangular dish €” this may require a couple of layers depending on the size of potatoes.
Cover dish with plastic wrap and microwave 4 minutes.
Rotate and microwave another 4 minutes.
When potatoes are cooked, top with grated onion.
Mix olives with jalapeno and sprinkle over; add bacon and cheese.
