|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Canadian bacon slices||12 (1/4 Inch Thick)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten with 1 tablespoon milk|
|Dry bread crumbs||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||2 Tablespoon|
In large 10-inch saute pan, heat oil and butter.
Dip bacon in egg mixture, then drop in bread crumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese.
Firmly pat each side.
When fats are foaming, add bacon, cooking on medium heat to brown 2-3 minutes on each side.
Use a pancake turner so as not to break up coating.
Bacon should be golden Crisp.
