Baked Bacon And Eggs
|Bacon slices||12 , cooked and drained|
|Gruyere cheese||1⁄2 Pound, thinly sliced|
|Heavy cream||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Arrange bacon in a shallow baking dish.
Cover with thin slices of cheese.
Break eggs over cheese.
Drizzle the cream over the whites of the eggs.
Put dish in a larger pan with hot water half-way up egg dish.
Set into a 350° F oven and bake 15 minutes until eggs are set.
Salt and pepper eggs, if desired.
