Bacon Sausage Explosion

Bacon Explosion, Bacon Bomb, Pork Fatty... Doesnt really matter what you call it, or who invented it - My friend Ted Reader has been making a recipe like this for a while.
It tastes amazing!

Ingredients

Bacon 2 Pound (thick, sliced)
Sausage meat 1 Pound (meat only no casing)
Onion 4 Tablespoon (Ted Reader Orgasmic Onion)

Directions

GETTING

1) Preheat the grill.

MAKING

2) Weave ten strips of bacon in a 5x5 pattern on your work surface.

3) Sprinkle 2 tablespoons orgasmic onion seasoning over the weave.

4) Press the sausage meat over the bacon in an even layer.

5) Cook the unused bacon until it cis rispy or chewy or as desired.

6) Layer this cooked bacon over the sausage meat.

7) Roll the sausage layer into a log, but do not roll the bacon weave.

Now roll the bacon weave around the sausage log.

FINALIZING

8) Place on a Cedar Grilling Plank and cook on BBQ, until an internal temperature of 160ºF is reached.

SERVING

9) Serve sliced on a bun.
