Loaf Sandwiches With Bacon & Ham
|Unsalted margarine/Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Garlic powder||2 Teaspoon|
|French bread loaf||1 Large|
|Lower salt monterey jack cheese||2 Ounce, thinly sliced|
|Cherry tomato slices||6|
|Bacon salt slices||6 , cut in half and cooked crisp|
|Zucchini slices||12 (1/4 Inch)|
Combine margarine and garlic powder in small bowl; set aside.
Make 6 diagonal cuts at equal distances along loaf of bread, cutting 3/4 of the way through loaf.
Spread margarine mixture on cut sides of bread.
Evenly distribute ham and cheese among cuts.
Place 1 tomato slice, 2 bacon pieces and 2 zucchini slices in each cut.
If desired, wrap entire loaf with foil and bake in 375°F.oven about 15 to 20 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Cut into 6 servings.
