Bacon And Egg Tart
|Short crust pastry||1|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
Fry the bacon.
Remove it from the pan and cut into thin strips.
Chop the onion and fry in the bacon fat.
Beat the eggs.
Add the milk and seasoning.
Add the bacon strips and fried onion.
Pour into an 8 inch pan lined with short crust pastry and bake in a moderate oven (350°) until brown and firm.
