Bacon And Egg Tart! My mouth waters with the mere mention of this amazing snack. A wonderfully tasty tart, it is often served for my tea parties or coffee mornings!! You simply have to try the Bacon And Egg Tart!
Ingredients
  Bacon slices 3
  Onion 1
  Short crust pastry 1
  Eggs 3
  Milk 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Fry the bacon.
Remove it from the pan and cut into thin strips.
Chop the onion and fry in the bacon fat.
Beat the eggs.
Add the milk and seasoning.
Add the bacon strips and fried onion.
Pour into an 8 inch pan lined with short crust pastry and bake in a moderate oven (350°) until brown and firm.
