Green Bean And Bacon Casserole
|Frozen cut green beans||9 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Bacon slices||4 , cut in small pieces|
|Bread slice||2 , cut in 1/2-inch cubes|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
1. Cook green beans following directions in Frozen Vegetable Cooking Chart. Drain.
2. Put bacon into a 1 1/2 -quart glass baking dish. Cover with a paper towel. Cook in microwave oven about 2 1/2 minutes at High, or until browned.
3. Remove bacon from dish. Add bread cubes to bacon fat in dish; mix well. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2 minutes at High; stir once.
4. Mix bacon with the beans in casserole, spoon undiluted soup over beans and top with the bread cubes. Cover with waxed paper. Heat in microwave oven to serving temperature (3 to 4 minutes at High).
