Stir Fried Mushrooms With Bacon

Ingredients
  Bacon slices 4 , cut in 1/2-inch pieces
  Mushrooms 8 Ounce, sliced
  Cooking sherry 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

Stir fry bacon until crisp.
Remove bacon, reserving drippings.
Add mushrooms and chopped onion if desired.
Stir fry for 5 to 10 minutes.
Drain off excess fat.
Add wine and bacon and simmer for 3 minutes.
