Bacon Wrapped Roast Veal

Ingredients
  Loin roast veal 4 Pound, prepared
  Bacon slices 8
  Onion 1 Medium, chopped
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Preheat oven to 325 °F (160 °C).
Lard veal with bacon.
In a pan, roast 30 minutes per 1 lb (450 g).
Halfway through add onion and seasonings baste with cooking juices, if needed.
Around 30 minutes before the ends remove becan set a side.
Continue roasting veal until golden.
