Calf Liver With Bacon

Ingredients
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Veal liver slices 36 Ounce (Twelve 3 Ounce Slices)
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Bacon slices 12
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Combine water and vinegar.
Soak liver slices.
Remove.
Drain well.
In a bowl, mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dredge liver slices with seasoned flour.
Set aside.
In a skillet, cook bacon.
Remove.
Keep warm.
In bacon drippings, sear floured liver slices 3-4 minutes each side Transfer liver slices to a serving dish.
Garnish with bacon.
