€¢ When the bacon is cooked, remove from plate and break 1 or 2 eggs into the hot fat on the plate.
€¢ Pierce the yolk and the white of the egg 2 to 3 times with the point of a knife.
€¢ Microwave 1 egg 20 to 25 seconds, 2 eggs 25 to 35 seconds to 1 minute at MEDIUM, depending on the size and temperature of the egg and how well you want it done.
€¢ Add the cooked bacon and serve.
