Bacon Rolls

Ingredients
  Grated cheddar cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Thyme and parsley stuffing 1 1⁄2 Ounce (Half 3 Ounce Package)
  Fatty bacon slices 12 , rind removed
  Chicken livers 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), washed and finely chopped
  Onion 1 Small, finely chopped
Directions

1 Mix the cheese into prepared stuffing.
2 Stretch the bacon slices on a chopping board, using the back of a knife, then cut each in half to provide 24 short lengths of bacon.
3 On half of the pieces, spread a little of the stuffing mix.
4 Roll up and secure with a wooden cocktail stick (toothpick).
5 On remaining halves put a piece of chicken liver and a little chopped onion. Roll up as before.
6 Arrange bacon rolls on a double layer of kitchen paper on a dinner plate. Leave a space in the centre.
7 Microwave on full power for 7-9 minutes.
