Bacon And Cream Cheese Eggs

1. Arrange bacon on a microwave-oven-safe roast rack set in a glass baking dish. Cover with a paper towel. Cook in microwave oven
4 minutes at High, or until done. Crumble bacon and set aside.
2. Put milk, cream cheese and butter into a 1-quart glass casserole. Heat uncovered in microwave oven 30 seconds at High, or until cream cheese is softened; stir to blend.
3. Beat eggs, salt and pepper until blended. Add egg mixture and bacon to cheese mixture; stir. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 3 minutes at High, or until eggs are almost set; stir after 2 minutes.
4. Remove from oven; stir and let stand covered a few minutes before serving.
