Bacon Pilaf

This Bacon Pilaf tastes incredible ! A tasty substitute for pilafs with more vegetables or meat inclusions, this light rice meal is a good anytime treat. Just try this Bacon Pilaf and let me know if you like it !
Ingredients
  Unsalted margarine/Butter 2 Tablespoon
  Tomatoes 2 Medium, coarsely chopped
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Low salt bacon slice 8 , cooked crisp and crumbled (Armoura Brand)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  No salt added chicken flavor instant bouillon 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Melt margarine in large skillet or saucepan over medium heat.
Add tomatoes and green onions; cook and stir for 2 minutes.
Stir in 2 cups water and remaining ingredients.
Heat to a boil; reduce heat to low and cover.
Simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
Fluff rice with fork.
Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
