Savory Bacon Omelette
|Whipping cream||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Thinly sliced scallions||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Eggs||8 Medium, beaten|
|Prepared mustard||2 Teaspoon|
|Bacon||1⁄2 Pound, cooked and crumbled|
Heat butter in Radarange oven in 10 inch glass pie plate 30 seconds.
Stir in scallions.
Cook in oven 1 minute.
Mix together eggs, bacon, cream, and seasonings.
Pour into dish; mix with scallions.
Cook 4 to 6 minutes, stirring twice from outside edge to center.
Let stand 3 minutes; fold; turn onto warm platter.
