|Drinking chocolate||4 Tablespoon|
|Coffee powder||1 Tablespoon (Leveled)|
|Brown breadcrumbs||4 Ounce|
|Demerara sugar||4 Ounce|
|Whipping cream||1⁄2 Pint|
|Grated chocolate||1 Tablespoon|
Place the chocolate, coffee powder, breadcrumbs and sugar together in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Whisk the cream with a rotary or electric hand whisk until it is thick and soft peaks are formed.
Starting with the chocolate mixture, layer with the whipped cream in a serving dish, finishing with a layer of cream.
Leave in a cool place for at least 8 to 10 hours before serving.
This pudding may be made a day in advance.
Before serving decorate with a little grated chocolate.
