Puff pastry | 375 Gram ((1 packet)) | |
Onion chutney | 1 Tablespoon | |
Bacon rashers | 4 , fried and chopped |
GETTING READY:
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Line baking tray with baking sheet and keep it ready.
MAKING:
Roll out pastry into ½ inch thick sheet and cut using star cutter
Brush with whisked egg and top with bacon piece, brie piece and onion chutney. Cover with another layer and place on tray. Brush egg over stars.
Pop into oven and bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
