Milk/Cream / undiluted evaporated milk
6 Tablespoon, evaporated
3 Ounce, cubed
Diced cooked bacon
1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Put the milk, cream cheese, and 2 tablespoons butter into top of a double boiler.
Heat over simmering water until cheese is softened.
Stir to blend.
Beat the eggs, salt, and pepper until blended.
Stir into the cheese mixture.
Heat a skillet until hot enough to sizzle a drop of water.
Melt the 3 tablespoons butter.
Add a mixture of eggs and cooked bacon.
Cook over low heat.
With a spatula, lift mixture from bottom and sides of skillet as it thickens, allowing uncooked portion to flow to bottom.
Cook until thick and creamy.
