Frozen Avocado Cream
MAKING 1 In a food processor place all the ingredients except the salt. 2 Process until completely smooth. 3 Transfer to a bowl and season to taste with salt. SERVING 4 Serve immediately as required.
MAKING 1. Blend avocado and cream cheese thoroughly. 2. Add rest of the ingredients and mix well. SERVING 3. Spread on toasted bagels and pita bread and serve.
Peel mash and sieve or blend the avocado. Add sugar and lemon juice. Place in four serving dishes and chill thoroughly. Just before serving add one large scoop of icecream to each serving and sprinkle liberally with grated chocolate.
Avocado Chocolate Cream
Put a strainer over a mixing bowl and rub the avocados through the strainer with the back of a wooden spoon. Clean out the strainer and rub the avocados through again. Beat in the remaining ingredients and spoon the mixture into a serving bowl.

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl and beat until smooth. Spoon into individual freezerproof goblets or dessert dishes. Cover and freeze until thoroughly chilled and firm about 1 hour
Sweet Avocado Cream
Halve avocados. Remove pits scoop meat from shells. Reserve shells put avocado in electric blender with remaining ingredients. Blend for 1 4 minute or until light and fluffy refill shells. Chill
