|Avocados||2 , halved, peeled, seeded (Soft)|
|Shredded lettuce||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cooked shrimp||2 Cup (32 tbs), peeled, deveined|
|Alfalfa sprouts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cherry tomatoes||16 , cut into halves|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
|French dressing||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Place avocado halves on lettuce bed.
Spoon 1/2 cup shrimp into cavity of each.
Serve alfalfa sprouts and tomatoes on side of plate.
Garnish shrimp with parsley and lemon wedges.
Serve with side bowl of French dressing made with lemon juice.
