Avocado And Scallop Seviche

Ingredients
  Fresh lime juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (About 4 Limes)
  Peanut oil/Vegetable oil 3 Tablespoon
  Green peppercorns 24 , crushed
  Salt To Taste
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Scallops 3⁄4 Pound, finely chopped (Sea Or Bay)
  Ripe avocado 1 Large, peeled
  Fresh chives/Fresh scallions 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  White mushrooms 40 Small
  Vegetable oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Fresh lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic clove 1 Medium, peeled and crushed
Directions

Combine the lime juice, oil, crushed peppercorns, salt, and pepper together in a glass or ceramic bowl.
Stir in the scallops, cover, and refrigerate them for at least 4 hours while they marinate.
They should become opaque in this time.
Mash the avocado until almost smooth, then add it along with the chives or scallions to the marinating scallops (do not drain them) and mix it well.
Set aside.
Combine the vegetable oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, and brush the insides of the mushrooms liberally with this mixture.
