Avocado Tuna Tartlets

Ingredients
  Ripe avocado 1 , peeled and mashed
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Canned chunk light tuna 6 1⁄2 Ounce (1 can)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Dried chopped onion 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Baked tart shells 12 (2 1/2 inch size pastry)
Directions

Blend the filling ingredients and spoon into tart shells.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.
If desired, freeze the tarts after cooking and reheat when needed.
