  Avocados 3
  Lemon 1 , juiced
  Sugar 6 Tablespoon
Directions

Halve avocados.
Remove pits; scoop meat from shells.
Reserve shells; put avocado in electric blender with remaining ingredients.
Blend for 1/4 minute, or until light and fluffy; refill shells.
Chill
