Avocado And Corn
|Canned whole kernel corn||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Pear||1 , peeled, cored and grated (Dessert)|
|Finely chopped ham||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Cut the avocado in half lengthwise, remove the stone (seed) and scoop out the flesh.
Place in a bowl with the sugar and mayonnaise and mash together with a fork.
Stir in half the sweetcorn, the pear and ham.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pile the mixture back into the avocado halves.
Place on two serving dishes and arrange the remaining corn around the edge.
Serve with thinly sliced brown bread and butter.
