|Unflavored gelatin||1 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Avocado||1 Cup (16 tbs), sieved|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Whipped cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated onion/Onion juice||1 Tablespoon|
Soak gelatin in cold water; dissolve in boiling water.
Cool until mixture begins to thicken.
Add remaining ingredients.
Turn into a ring mold; chill until firm.
Fill center with ham, chicken or fruit salad if desired.
